Sales Department
This department conducts sales activities by developing an understanding of customer opinions and the latest situation in the market, and then providing prompt feedback of matching, useful information. Its roles include educational activities relating to PETIO ideas, and effectively communicating the concepts and functions of the products and services offered by PETIO.
Purchasing/Distribution Departments
In all processes of production/ procurement, these departments conduct their activities based on the idea that "peace of mind and safety"are the core values for a manufacturer. While aiming for optimization of the supply chain, our efforts regard stable supply and thorough quality control as essential values in distribution.
Marketing/Sales Promotion Departments
These departments analyze market trends, quickly reading changes in needs, and provide data/information useful for formulating business strategy to other departments. The Sales Promotion Department provides powerful support to the Sales Department by planning and implementing effective promotions based on this data/information.
Management Department
While comprehensively managing the personnel, funds, equipment and information which are management resources, this department provides support so that each department can function smoothly.
Development/Design Departments
These departments conduct product research and development based on information and data aggregated from the Sales Department and Marketing Department. The aim is to offer products which can respond to market expectations and be truly useful. Another crucial role is providing a precise appeal to the customer regarding the concepts of developed products. The Development Department and Design Department always work together as an integrated unit.
Customer Service Center
In order to strengthen the relationship of trust between the customer and the PETIO brand, this center leads by example, with efforts to achieve quality control and improve quality based on information and advice provided by the customer.

Taking "coexistence of pets and people" as a theme, we provide opportunities at locations throughout Japan for you to learn how to improve communication with your pet, who cannot express his/her needs in words.

We have an interactive Website which disseminates the kind of useful information you would expect from PETIO, and listens to the voices of people who love pets. We also treasure connections between people, and provide a forum for such interaction at the "PETIO Plaza".
Information magazine "PETIO Magazine"
This is an original information magazine published three times a year by PETIO. It focuses on various themes which consider "a society of coexistence between pets and people", and provides related information.




"ADD. MATE" is a pro shop brand which focuses on creation of products with strictly selected materials, and makes "health and safety" the top priority. Make your everyday life with your pet a little more stylish, a little more luxurious, and a little healthier. Delivered to you with affection.



At our Himeji Factory, where we have acquired ISO 9001:2000 certification, we produce numerous products which place "pet health" first based on fail-safe quality control. The facility also has a research lab, and provides total support, including development of new products and recipe research.

Upper right:Factory 1 - Jerky line
This line manufactures jerky made from carefully selected materials. The sequence of work is fully automated using the latest equipment.
Lower left:Factory 2 - Steamer line
This line manufactures soft-type products, for which there is an increasing market need due to the growing number of small dogs and "senior" dogs. The full flavor of the ingredients can be brought out through continuous steam cooking.
Lower right:Research lab
Through work which places pet health first - such as product development, ingredient analysis and research on hygiene control - this lab supports PETIO, which regards the pet care business as the "life industry" and "safety and peace of mind" as a core value.


Our Distribution Center gathers together products made in factories in Japan and overseas. This facility naturally has shipping and warehousing capabilities, and is fully equipped even with equipment for packaging products one at a time, to enable prompt response even when shipping small lots. Furthermore, we have built our own distribution network to enable speedy delivery of products throughout Japan.
